Terms of Service
Howles Speed U LLC ("Howles Speed University", "we", "us") — Effective September 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Howles Speed University website and mobile app (the "Service") and your participation in our training programs. By creating an account, registering for a session, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf or, for athletes under 18, on behalf of the athlete as their parent or legal guardian.
1. Our Services
Howles Speed U LLC provides speed and agility training, including in-person group sessions, camps, memberships, and virtual coaching. Availability, pricing, and schedules are shown in the Service and may change; changes do not affect sessions already paid for.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
Accounts for athletes under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the athlete's use of the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Bookings, Payments, and Memberships
Sessions and memberships are payable at the rates displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through our payment provider.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed. You may cancel a booking; refunds, credits, and rescheduling are at our discretion unless otherwise stated.
Memberships renew on the schedule shown at signup until canceled or paused from your dashboard. Canceling stops future charges and ends access at the end of the paid period.
Group and team training arrangements are quoted individually and governed by the payment link and confirmation we send to your point of contact.
4. Waiver and Code of Conduct
Participation in physical training involves inherent risk of injury. Before training, every athlete (or their parent or guardian) must acknowledge our liability waiver and code of conduct, which form part of these Terms.
You agree to follow coach instructions, treat staff and other athletes with respect, and not to attend training while experiencing illness or injury that could be worsened by exercise. We may remove any participant whose conduct endangers others or disrupts training, without a refund.
5. Virtual Coaching
Virtual coaching includes messaging and video review between you and your coach. You may upload only videos of yourself or of an athlete you are the parent or guardian of. Our coaching feedback is guidance, not medical advice; consult a physician before starting any new training program.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other athletes' data, disrupt the Service, scrape or resell content, or upload material that is unlawful or infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, its content, and our training materials are owned by Howles Speed U LLC. Your athlete profile, metrics, and uploaded videos remain yours; you grant us the limited right to store and display them within the Service so we can coach you.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Howles Speed U LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or participation in training, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, nonpayment, or when necessary to protect our athletes or our business.
10. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Howles Speed U LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
