Howles Speed U LLC ("Howles Speed University", "we", "us") — Effective September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Howles Speed U LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Howles Speed University website and mobile app (the "Service"), register as an athlete, book training sessions, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Information We Collect
Athlete account information. When you register, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, school, and mailing address.
Parent or guardian information. For athletes under 18, we collect the parent or guardian's name, email, and phone number, along with an emergency contact.
Training and performance information. We keep records of the sessions you book, workouts assigned by our coaches, and performance metrics (such as sprint times and jump measurements) recorded during training.
Health information. You may optionally provide medical notes so our coaches can train you safely. This information is visible only to you and our coaching staff.
Virtual coaching content. If you enroll in a Virtual Coaching plan, we collect the messages you exchange with your coach and any training videos you upload for review.
Payment information. Payments for sessions and memberships are processed through our payment provider. We do not store your card number; we retain only records of what you purchased and when.
Group training inquiries. Teams and organizations that request group rates share a point of contact's name, email, organization name, and training needs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the Service, including to:
- Create and manage your athlete profile and account.
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you of training sessions and camps.
- Record and share your progress with you (and, for minor athletes, with your parent or guardian).
- Deliver Virtual Coaching messages and video reviews.
- Process payments, memberships, and group training arrangements.
- Send service-related emails such as booking confirmations, session reminders, and articles you can opt in or out of.
- Respond to your questions and support requests.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service: with our coaching staff for training purposes; with our payment provider to process transactions; with our hosting and software providers that operate the Service on our behalf; and with any group training point of contact regarding their team's arrangement. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our athletes, or in connection with a sale or merger of our business.
4. Data Visibility and Security
Access to your records is restricted. Your bookings, performance metrics, workouts, messages, and video reviews are visible only to you and to Howles Speed U LLC coaching and administrative staff. We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect your information, and we limit access to the coaches and staff who need it to serve you.
5. Children's Privacy
Many of our athletes are under 18. We collect information from minor athletes only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who completes registration and acknowledges our liability waiver and code of conduct on the athlete's behalf. Parents may request review or deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may update your profile information in the app at any time. You may request that we correct, export, or delete your personal information by contacting us through the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated records, subject to records we must keep for accounting or legal purposes.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and basic analytics to understand how the Service is used. We do not use advertising trackers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here with a new effective date, and where the change is significant we will notify registered users by email.
